Winning Bids - After the auction

All winners will be notified within two days after the closing of the auction. Payment, by check only, made out to Mid-Valley Art League, will be arranged individually after the auction using the contact information provided on the registration form. ​You will be able to pick up your artwork on May 21st, and will be notified of the location when the auction ends. If you do not live in or near the San Gabriel Valley, your painting can be shipped, which will incur a minimum of $15 shipping fee. Shipping may take three to four weeks, as we need to receive your check prior to shipping the item.
