2022 MVAL Scholarship Auction is now open May 11-18, 2022

​This is an interactive online silent auction. The Auction will begin at 12:01 a.m. on May 11, 2022 and end at midnight on May 18 2022 (PDT). Bids are time-stamped, if there is a tie, first in wins. The auction is open to all bidders. Three steps to participate: 

Step ONE (once)

Register as a bidder: Click the button below to register as a bidder--once, so we have your contact information and bid ID on a private list.  Then, return to this page and do step two.

Step TWO (as needed)

Check previous bids: Before you bid, click the button below to open the listing of latest bid amounts. Make a note of the current bids on the items you are interested in before going to step three.

Step THREE (often!)

Bid! Using the bid ID you set in step one, click the MAKE A BID button to open the form to bid on an item. Bids should be placed in at least $5.00 increments. You can continue to place more bids using the link that pops up after each bid is placed.

​The item number and other information about each image appears when you hover your mouse over it, or below an image when you click on the image. You can move through the images as a slideshow by clicking on arrows that will appear on the sides of enlarged images when you hover your mouse over them. Items are in alphabetical order by title. Item numbers are in the caption. Please reference this item number when making your bid. Bidding closes at midnight May 18, 2022 (PDT). Winning Bids - After the auction

​All winners will be notified within two days after the closing of the auction. Payment, by check only, made out to Mid-Valley Art League, will be arranged individually after the auction using the contact information provided on the registration form. ​You will be able to pick up your artwork on May 21st, and will be notified of the location when the auction ends. If you do not live in or near the San Gabriel Valley, your painting can be shipped, which will incur a minimum of $15 shipping fee. Shipping may take three to four weeks, as we need to receive your check prior to shipping the item.
